Set in a Midwestern automobile plant during the 1980s, Plant Security follows a loyal, quick-witted team of security guards whose jobs are suddenly threatened by corporate outsourcing. Faced with an uncertain future, they set out to prove they're indispensable—but doing so means surviving one outrageous incident after another.

From missing auto parts and mysterious late-night antics to unforgettable personalities and workplace hijinks, Plant Security is a heartfelt comedy celebrating friendship, blue-collar resilience, and the people who quietly keep the wheels turning.

Presented by Buckham Alley Theatre, this world premiere is especially meaningful to Flint audiences. Inspired by the city's rich automotive heritage, the play captures the humor, determination, and community spirit that have long defined "Vehicle City."
